ESCAPE is celebrating World Heart Day on 29 September 2026. This year's campaign looks at the World Heart Federation's mission to prevent millions of premature deaths due to cardiovascular discase, and to call on governments around the world to make equitable heart health a priority.

ESCAPE aligns strongly with this mission. With 16 partners across 8 countries, the project is committed to rethinking current practices for treating elderly, multimorbid patients, many of which experience cardiovascular health complications.

On World Heart Day, ESCAPE will be attending the ISQua Conference in Dublin, Ireland as the project's final event.
