ESCAPE will be attending the 42nd International Conference of the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), taking place from 27th-30th September in Dublin, Ireland.

This year’s theme, “Thriving Through Compassion and Community: Sharing Stories for the Future of Health Systems,” works in alignment with ESCAPE's mission to improve care for older adults living with multimorbidity through integrated, patient-centred solutions.

The ISQua conference will provide an excellent platform for ESCAPE's final event, where we will showcase how our innovative Blended Collaborative Care (BCC) intervention transformed patient outcomes. As part of the event, ESCAPE will have a booth as well as host a session to share the results and discuss the learning outcomes of the ambitious project.
