From September 27th to 30th, ESCAPE attended the 42nd International Conference of the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), in Dublin, Ireland. This year’s conference theme, “Thriving Through Compassion and Community: Sharing Stories for the Future of Health Systems,”, worked in alignment with ESCAPE's mission to improve care for older adults living with multimorbidity through integrated, patient-centred solutions.
ESCAPE had multiple activities running during the conference’s participation including a booth over the full days of the conference, where project partners highlighted key project results with conference participants and interested stakeholders.

ESCAPE Project results were was presented during a Primary Care Symposium in an overview of the project, which focused on how the ESCAPE Blended Collaborative Care intervention is implemented in practice. Hear the latest preliminary and subgroup findings from ESCAPE”. ESCAPE then also had a session titled “The ESCAPE Study: Evaluation of a patient-centred biopsychosocial blended collaborative care pathway for the treatment of multi-morbid elderly patients: Rationale, process and main results.”
